Aftermath Services strives for excellence in each and every biohazard cleanup job we perform. Our pledge reflects our dedication, safety, and responsibility to ourselves, our employees, and the families we serve. We pledge the rapid response of our highly trained, properly insured, experienced technicians, and a job done right the first time. We also pledge:
We continually strive to ensure that every interaction with our customers reflects our concern and respect for the sensitive nature of the relationship. We believe that quality communication, a professional attitude, and a commitment to excellence are vital components that produce positive results and satisfied customers. We are a team that works together to achieve common goals, all centered on the focus of delivering outstanding customer service. To us, we have done a successful job when we have a client who is pleased with the services provided, our professionalism, meaningful communication, and expediency in handling their individual situation.
OOur typical response time is within 1-3 hours of receiving a call. We will provide you with a timeframe in which to expect us, and will keep you informed of any schedule changes. Please keep in mind that we may already be responding to another family's needs at the time of your call. They warrant the same level of respect that we will provide you. When we receive your call, we work to dispatch a crew immediately. We aim to provide the quickest service, but will also work with you to schedule a time that will work best for you.
We will only send Aftermath-trained and certified personnel. Beware of crime scene clean up brokers that work for a commission for referring jobs to other companies. We do not refer our work out, and do not use any outside labor. All of the crews we send to your location are certified, trained Aftermath technicians. We work hard to properly train our technicians beginning on their first day with Aftermath and require that they continue their biohazard cleanup and remediation education throughout their employment.
While each state's insurance requirements differ, Aftermath possesses the highest level of insurance required to provide biohazard and crime scene clean up. Customers should be wary of companies that are not insured, and have not been properly licensed to perform this type of work. Many companies attempt to operate without the proper insurance coverage, and many do not use a certified company to dispose of their biohazardous waste.
During our follow-up calls to each and every customer, we make sure they are satisfied with the work that we have performed. We answer any questions or concerns a customer may have regarding the services we have provided. If needed, we assist them in finding a restoration company for any additional repairs to their residence. Aftermath partners with hundreds of businesses nationwide, which means that we will be able to quickly and efficiently put you in touch with a reputable company for any additional repairs that may be needed. At the request of the customer, our team will also contact the customer's insurance company or agent to advise them of the situation that has occurred. Once in contact with the customer's insurance company, we will provide them with the detailed documents that our technicians prepared while on the job. Copies of these documents are also sent to our customer so that they know the insurance claim process has begun. We take pride in offering this extra service on our customers' behalf. We believe in doing whatever we can to make this process as stress-free as possible for our customers.
One of our main concerns is ensuring that our services are not only of the highest quality, but also safe for our customers, their property, our employees, and the environment. Given the risks associated with blood and biological matter from both a safety/wellness and environmental protection standpoint, the biohazard remediation industry is highly regulated by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and state environmental agencies. In addition, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) have created extensive guides which outline these regulations, all of which are designed to ensure the safety of our employees and those entering the premises once we have completed our services. Aftermath's processes, procedures, and training programs have all been tailored to comply with these regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality and safest services for you and your family or business.
With over 15 years of experience, we have the skills needed to remediate every type of biological remediation situation. Our expertise lies in crime scene clean up and biohazard remediation, which allows us to dedicate ourselves to the specialty of blood cleanup, blood and body fluid recovery, hoarding and clutter removal, and tear gas remediation.
Biohazard remediation is the only type of service Aftermath offers. Many companies whose principal business is anything other than biohazard remediation, (i.e., fire, mold and water restoration, carpet cleaning, or business/residential cleaning) will maintain that they provide biohazard remediation services. These low-cost providers often perform very little or no biological recovery work, and send inexperienced personnel with little to no training. These companies are only doing the customer a disservice as they are unable provide proper biohazard remediation services.
Aftermath's Client Services Department can aid families in establishing an insurance claim. We work directly with insurance companies whenever possible, supplying the necessary documentation and information to speed up the process. Aftermath is also ready to assist families and businesses during difficult times by arranging counseling services or any additional restoration services that may be needed through the Aftermath Partnership Network.
