The Corporate Headquarters for Aftermath is located at 90 Templeton Drive, Oswego Illinois. Our new state of the art training facility will also be found at this address. This facility is where all of our Aftermath employees across the country are trained in the Aftermath Way.

Legal Department

Aftermath employs two full-time attorneys in-house to work with all aspects of the company. Counsel is responsible for general oversight of all legal matters, to include corporate compliance and collections efforts, in addition to oversight of general corporate logistics and all employee relations.

In-house counsel enables Aftermath customers to receive the highest degree of service and care in relation to the work performed. Counsel is available for all questions and concerns our customers may have throughout the life of a job or anytime thereafter.

Counsels ensures that Aftermath meets and follows all necessary State and Federal guidelines. In addition to holding proper State and Federal licenses to perform bio-hazard remediation, Aftermath's Legal Department continuously monitors all changes in the law which may affect the company, its work or customers.

Ronette Leal McCarthy serves as Chief General Counsel for Aftermath. In this role, Ronette leads a nationwide organization and oversees the Legal Department, Business Development and Growth, Corporate Assurance, and Logistics Planning.

Ronette has worked with Aftermath since December 2003 both as outside legal counsel and most recently in-house for Aftermath. Ronette brings significant experience to Aftermath to ensure all aspects of the company run efficiently and effectively. She has worked in areas such as business development and oversight throughout her career.

She received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Chicago, Illinois and holds both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois.

Patricia Blachinsky serves as General Counsel for Aftermath. In this role, Patricia oversees all Corporate Compliance, Taxation and Financial matters, Employment Law, Corporate Organization, and Licensing. Patricia has worked for Aftermath since January 2004 both as outside legal counsel and most recently in-house for Aftermath.

Patricia received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a certificate specializing in corporate and tax law in 2005. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2002.
